Can someone teach me how to rebuild data in QuickBooks?

Post by RonPeters » Wed Aug 28, 2019 1:38 am

I've been working on the QuickBooks desktop for over a year now whenever I try to create a backup of my company data into a small thumb drive it always checks for the integrity and consistency of the data.I’ve been able to successfully rebuild data if I come across some errors while creating the backup without any issues. When I tried to run the same procedure, I received over a thousand error messages. I want to know how to rebuild data in QuickBooks. Can someone please help me?

To begin with, you will need to gain access to and operate the QuickBooks rebuild data utility from the software.
Then, navigate to the File menu and click on the option of Utilities. After that, select the option of Rebuild Data.
Within a brief moment, you will be able to see a QuickBooks Information window. Click on the OK option once this window pops up. Further instructions will be provided on the screen. The information will also assist in showing you how to save a potential backup.
