The below listed hardware has not been tested or approved for use with Reckon Retail Point of Sale Lite 2011/12 or Reckon Retail Point of Sale Professional 2011/12, but has been tested and approved for use with previous versions.
Please note that if your peripheral is not listed it does not mean Retail POS cannot function with it. The following peripherals have a generic 'Type' that can be selected from the options list and in most cases will work.

Alternatively, there is an option to create your own receipt printer driver. Instructions for this are available in the Retail POS user guide.
Note: your hardware supplier may be required to help guide you through the options. Retail POS supports a wide range of keyboards including programmable keyboards, enabling you to configure Retail POS to suit your business. However to get you up and running quickly, when Retail POS is first installed, it is set up with some predefined point of sale functions for a standard PC keyboard. Click here  to download a list of the functions pre-programmed.Â
